Culsight Expands Beyond Human Risk, Enters CPA Governance with a New Brand Identity
Recently, a Mumbai-based organisation Culsight has announced a strategic brand repositioning, expanding its scope. The firm now positions itself as a CPA Governance & Human Risk Assurance organisation, working with leadership & security teams to understand how governance structures, human behaviour, operational processes and emerging technologies influence enterprise cyber risk.
While many organisations continue to invest heavily in cybersecurity tools, regulatory compliance frameworks and security operations, leadership teams often face a persistent challenge: determining whether these investments are functioning effectively in practice. Culsight’s expanded approach focuses on bridging this gap by examining how security programs perform within day-to-day organisational operations and decision-making structures.
Earlier, Culsight was known for its specialised work in human cyber risk and employee behaviour, addressing how individuals and organisational culture influence cybersecurity outcomes. This niche focus helped organisations identify behavioural risks that technology alone could not address. With the current repositioning, the firm has broadened its approach across multiple governance dimensions, extending its work beyond human risk to include cybersecurity leadership advisory, privacy programs and artificial intelligence governance.
Under its revised structure, the company’s services are organised across five key areas:
- Human Cyber Risk & Security Culture Programs
- Cybersecurity Governance & Leadership Advisory
- Privacy Implementation & Data Protection Programs
- Cyber Crisis Readiness & Tabletop Exercises
- AI Governance & Responsible AI Assurance
Rather than replacing existing security teams or technological controls, the firm’s approach is designed to ensure that security investments operate cohesively, remain clearly understood at the leadership level and function effectively during cyber incidents and regulatory scrutiny.

Speaking about the repositioning, Ria Mahale (Assistant Vice President at Culsight) said:
“Many organisations today have security tools, policies and compliance frameworks in place. The real challenge is understanding whether these measures are actually working in practice and whether leadership has clear visibility into the risks that matter.”
As part of the repositioning, the firm has also introduced a new identity contact point, [email protected], reflecting its broader focus on enterprise risk visibility. The rebranding also introduces a refreshed visual identity with a new colour palette centred around purple, a colour the organisation associates with commitment, vision, clarity and leadership. According to the firm, the colour reflects stability and strength while combining trust with forward-thinking, representing its approach to integrating cybersecurity, privacy and artificial intelligence oversight within modern organisational risk frameworks.
The company has also updated its tagline from “Envisioning Cybersecurity Culture” to “Where Security Culture Becomes Visible.” At its core, the firm’s mission remains centred on a simple but critical objective: helping organisations transition from security activity to security effectiveness.
