Philippine Airlines NDC Content Goes Live on Verteil Direct Connect

Eligible travel sellers connected to Verteil can now access Philippine Airlines’ NDC offers with end-to-end booking, ticketing, and post-booking servicing capabilities through a single connection.

MANILA, Philippines and KOCHI, India – [03 September 2026] – Philippine Airlines’ NDC content is now live on Verteil Direct Connect, enabling eligible travel sellers in PAL-supported markets to shop, book, ticket, and service the airline’s offers through their existing Verteil connection.

The launch expands Philippine Airlines’ NDC distribution across Verteil’s global travel seller network. It provides agencies with a streamlined way to access the airline without developing and maintaining a separate airline-specific technical integration.

Through the connection, travel sellers can manage end-to-end workflows across shopping, booking, ticketing and servicing. The connection supports capabilities such as booking on hold, instant booking and ticketing, BSP cash and credit card payments, seat and baggage ancillary services during and after booking, voids, automated refunds and eligible reissues. It also supports order change notifications, helping agencies respond more efficiently to airline-initiated itinerary changes.

As the national flag carrier of the Philippines and Asia’s first commercial airline, Philippine Airlines operates an extensive domestic and international network across Asia, North America, Australia and the Middle East. Making its NDC content available through Verteil extends the airline’s potential distribution reach across Verteil’s network of more than 18,000 travel sellers worldwide.

Justin Warby, Vice President for Sales and Distribution at Philippine Airlines, said:

“Extending our NDC content through Verteil allows more travel partners to seamlessly access Philippine Airlines’ offers through an established connection. This supports our objective of broadening NDC adoption across key markets while giving agencies more flexibility in how they engage with us. Together with Verteil and our travel partners, we look forward to advancing adoption and delivering a more connected retailing experience.”

Jerrin Jos, Founder and CEO of Verteil Technologies, said:

“Philippine Airlines has a strong international network and an important presence across many of the markets served by our travel seller partners. Making Philippine Airlines’ NDC content available through Verteil Direct Connect gives agencies a practical way to access the airline through a single integration, supported by the booking and servicing workflows required for their day-to-day operations. Our focus now is to work closely with Philippine Airlines to onboard priority travel partners and accelerate NDC adoption across the airline’s key markets.”
